This is a short EP I wrote during the last couple of months of winter about some of the mental health issues I experience as a result of my chronic illness. It can be very isolating to be a young person with chronic pain, and music is the most important thing to me in coping with the difficulties of my condition. At the times I experience chronic pain flare ups I'm sometimes unable to walk, stand, or sit in most positions for more than about 10 minutes before the pain becomes too intense, and music gives me a way to stay inspired, motivated, productive, and fulfilled during times like these. This project is a little different than anything else I've written because my headspace at the time was a little different than it's been at the times that I wrote any of my other projects. I hope you enjoy it and I hope that listening to it brings you some of the same fulfillment that writing it brought me. Thanks <3
